3. Application

Preparation of Application form is the most important job in the whole process. Classification and description of Goods must be draft as per the norms issued by Trademark Registry else, it may lead to refusal of the application.

4. Reply Filing

In case Trademark Registry raises an objection held by to the application, a reply is to be filed immediately.

5. Hearing

Once the reply is received, Trademark Registry sets a hearing for the objection of our application. A professional advocate is to be appointed for the hearing for successful approval of the application.
